After serving over 20 years in the United States Air Force as a military officer, Paul knew exactly what he wanted to do, he began speaking at Fortune 500 companies, associations, military organizations, government agenices, educational institutions and other organizations throughout the U.S.

As if that wasn't enough colleges heard about Paul's high impact speaking programs, humorous and results oriented speaking ability and he was hired to speak to college students about what it takes to be a leader of influence and how to stay motivated to be the best student they can be.

After  being hand picked for an association sponsored 12-city speaking tour throughout the U.S. and Guam, Paul Lawrence Vann was asked whether he had written a book.
